At Meepleverse Society, we strive to ensure that every member and guest has a positive and enjoyable experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our refund policy for memberships, events, and purchases: 🎟 Memberships Monthly Memberships: Non-refundable after activation. You may cancel at any time, and access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle. Annual Memberships: Refunds are available within the first 7 days of purchase if no services have been used (e.g., event participation, game rental). After this period, memberships are non-refundable. 📅 Events & Workshops Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the event start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, but credit may be offered at our discretion. 🧩 Game Purchases & Merchandise Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange. Opened or damaged items are non-refundable, unless there is a proven defect.
